Define #1: Styles

In hour one, we use the Basadur Innovation Profile™ to define your team’s collective and individual problem-solving styles and then unpack your unique strengths, weaknesses, tensions, and gaps within your team.

Define #2: Skills

In hour two, we define the Ideation Skills you’re missing or need to develop as a team, and design unique exercises to improve your problem-solving game.  

Define #3: Practice Problem

In hour three, we run a real business problem that you’re facing through the Problem Definition stage of the Innovation Process. 

Explore: Creativity & Courage

Creativity and courage are crucial to problem-solving. Luckily, we can rewire our brains to be more creative. 

The secret is wonder. 

Wonder Building experiences (play, art, story, and nature) release oxytocin - the hormone that boosts our creativity and collaboration.

We do that with a full-day Wonder Building Session that unlocks the creativity, courage, and connection your team needs to become resilient and resourceful problem-solvers.

Build: Action & Acceptance

We defined the sandbox, we explored creative solutions, now it’s time to build the sandcastle. 

In a half-day Build Session, you break into small groups to define & solve your team’s urgent problem(s), then create complete Action & Acceptance Plans using our proven templates.
